【Bakkt遭投资者集体诉讼】 金色财经报道，美国加密托管与交易平台 Bakkt 被投资者集体起诉，指控其在未充分披露营收严重依赖 Webull 等关键客户的情况下，发表虚假或误导性陈述。诉讼由投资者 Guy Serge A. Franklin 牵头，于 4 月 2 日向纽约南区联邦法院提起，要求陪审团审理。原告称，Webull 在 2023 年至 2024 年间贡献了 Bakkt 加密服务营收的 74%，美国银行则在 2024 年前三季度占其忠诚度服务营收的 17%。两家公司合作终止将导致公司整体营收骤减 73%。被告还包括该公司前 CEO Gavin Michael、现任 CEO Andrew Main 和临时 CFO Karen Alexander。投资者认为，Bakkt 未能及时披露与关键客户合同终止的风险，违反美国证券法，导致重大损失。
