Waste Management Launches Exchange Offer for $500 Million Stericycle Notes Ahead of Merger Waste Management (WM) said Tuesday it has launched a private offer to exchange new notes to be issued by the company for $500 million of 3.875% senior notes due 2029 issued by Stericycle (SRCL).Waste Management and Stericycle expect to complete their planned merger as early as Q4.The new notes will have the same interest payment dates, maturity date and interest rate as the Stericycle notes, but will differ in some respects, including the redemption provisions, the company said. Eligible holders of SRCL notes tendered by Sept. 23 early tender deadline will also receive a cash consideration.The exchange offer expires on Oct. 8.Price: 209.00, Change: +0.75, Percent Change: +0.36
